The registration fees below are given in EUR.

Visa and invitation letter

For visa purpose, an invitation letter can be requested by logging
to your delegate account after reception of the abstract acceptance.

Extra Paper Fee: 100 EUR

Registration fee gives access to the scientific program, the Welcome
Reception and the Farewell drinks. If you have submitted more than
1 accepted paper, you are obliged to pay an extra fee of €100 per
paper. You can do this during the registration process.

Registration fees and are exempt from VAT.

IIAV/NAG member: your membership must be current at the
time of payment/registration and will be checked.

Students: certificate proof (employment status) required
(English language)

Payment must be received by the Registration Office within the indicated
period. From 1 July 2024, only credit card or (for Dutch participants only)
iDEAL payments are accepted

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be electronically mailed to registration@parthen.

Delegates who cancel on or before 31 March 2024 will be refunded 75%

of the total of their registration fees. The refund will be made after the

congress.

Delegates who cancel between 1 April 2024 and 15 May 2024 will be

refunded 50% of the total of their registration fees.

There will be no refund for any cancellation after 15 May 2024.

In case the ICSV organisation must cancel a visit, all monies will be

refunded after the conference.

ICSV30 regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

If a participant is unable to attend the Congress, a substitute is welcome

to attend at no extra charge.
