If you need a confirmation letter to secure some funding or authorization, please contact our secretariat on secretariat@icsv30.org to receive such letter signed by the General Chair of ICSV30.
The Netherlands are member of the European Union and make part of Schengen area.
Delegates who need a visa should apply directly to the Dutch embassy or consulate in their own country. Please note that the organizers cannot assist with the application. The Registration Office can issue a Letter of Invitation, provided that you have registered and paid for the Conference. After you have registered and paid, please send a request by email to registration@icsv30.org and we will send you a link to apply for an invitation letter. If your application does fulfill the necessary requirements, you will receive your invitation letter within 5 working days via e-mail.
Please note that this letter of invitation does not imply any financial responsibility for ICSV and/or the organizers.
Please make sure to register and pay for the conference as soon as possible and apply for your visa right away!
